This loft is located one block from the beach in Copacabana, in a very elegant, secure and modern building, on an absolutely safe street and with 24-hours building security, a garage for 1 car (asked before) and private apartment elevators.
The loft is 100% air conditioned and combines huge size and top European design to make your time in Rio truly unforgettable. All furniture is custom designed, with great detail, and of the finest quality.
In the living room there are oversized couches built to lounge and that can comfortably fit 9 people. Right across from them there is a 120-inch wall that turns the space into a movie theater, complete with powerful high-end surround sound that will amaze you. The glass sushi table sits 8 people.
All bedrooms have king size beds, 2 of them with individual i-Pod ready high-end sound systems. One bedroom has an entertainment center complete with satellite TV and movie channels, large screen Sony TV, an Xbox with a game collection, and a movie and music library with hundreds of titles.
There are 2 bathrooms in the house, both are finished in Bahian marble, with dimmable lighting and high-end fixtures.
The breakfast is not available but the Guest House allows the use of the wide kitchen. It has an independent bar area in the front and a breakfast room in the back.
For the guests are availables local cell phones and WiFi internet. Extra services: concierge service and a personalized guide tour of Rio.

Impressions personnelles du voyageur

Estupenda la opción de ver cine con los elementos técnicos que existen, sin embargo hay poca disposición a que lo usen los visitantes, una vez instalados los dueños de casa resulta impertinente querer usarlo.
Salvo pequeños detalles que se pueden corregir (ventana de la pieza y baño asignado) en general es cómodo y se puede recomendar.
Esperaba eso sí, algo más por el precio pagado.

proprietaires presents mais peu "disponibles",pas de petit dejeuner juste le cafe (ni the, ni rien d'autre) que se preparent les proprietaires,cuisine immense mais le minimum d'ingredients pour cuisiner n'y est pas,par ailleurs difficile de profiter du salon quand les proprietaires sont installes devant une video .Dommage, appt. agreable et bien situe mais peu de convivialite
