Cosy B&B in an antique house in the middle of the traditional artist neighbourhood Bixiga, just a walk away from the Metro stations Liberdade (in the Japanese neighbourhood) and Anhangabaú. The green historic street lies in the centre of São Paulo, in walking distance to most of the sightseeing points, museums and parks. The famous samba school Vai-Vai, theatres, restaurants, bars and clubs, for example on trendy Rua Augusta, are near by. By Metro and Bus you can easily reach any point in the city, a 24h supermarket is only 2 min away.
We offer a bright room in the second floor of the house, with a big window, closet, shelf and a king size Futon-bed. On the same floor is the shared spacious bathroom, with hot water shower, hair-dryer and other extras.
There is WiFi access all over the house.
On the ground floor is a working room with printer and an extra table, which can be used by the guest, besides a cosy living room with plants, sofa, eating area and HiFi system. From the fully equipped kitchen you reach the backyard, with a big terrace with lots of plants, flowers and herbs, rocking chairs and a hammock, besides a car parking, a laundry and an extra summer bathroom. All of this can be used as well by the guests.
The breakfast will be individually prepared and served (inside or outside) at a convenient time. According to the guest’s taste we offer homemade bread, müsli, fruits, coffee and tea.
Your host is a German actress and singer, who loves to give you all information needed about Sao Paulo, the neighbourhood and the city’s cultural scene and nightlife. Alternative City Tours, also by bike, are available.
Portuguese, English and German are fluently spoken.
