The Bed and Breakfast is located in a neo-colonial house in the neighborhood of Santa Teresa. The house was built in 1890 and was completely renovated. The location is very good, close to downtown, 10 minutes from Santos Dumont airport, easy access to the beaches of Copacabana, Ipanema and Leblon.
The Bed and Breakfast offers a double room with private bath and adjoining office. The bed is super comfortable queen size bed, two windows offer a beautiful view of the city, good lighting and ventilation enjoyable.
The office has table and lamp to study and work, books, DVDs and internet access Wi-Fi A large terrace surrounds the house and the guest room with breathtaking views of the city. The hearty breakfast is served on the terrace. The disposal of the guests as well: living room with sofas and cable TV 40 "LCD. Kitchen. Service area with washing machine. This Bed and Breakfast is gay friendly.
