An peaceful Small Hotel with so nice gardens with tropical plants. Is a place very well located in Florianópolis and good and easy to go to principals spots of Florianópolis Island. From here you have only 15 min to the aiport, 10 min to the Lagoa da Coinceição nice spot for nigh life (bars, restaurants, pubs and so others) and to dowtown wich is 20 minutes by car. Near the hotel you will find public transportation to go everywere iin the Island. The Hotel offers swimming pool, gazebo with jacuzzi with hot water, barbecue, hamacks place and beautiful garden. The Hotel also offers two Individual Rooms (ideal for backpackers, only sleeping room) with shared bathroom outside of the room. The owner and his sister speak english, spanish, french, german and italian. Also they like to give you information about the best places to see, to enjoy and to be, as well the best restaurants of the city.

As soon you will pass the bridge to arrive in Island, please take direccion of Soth Beaches/Aiport. the fiirst beach will be Campeche and following Avenida Pequeno Principe we are 900 m from the beach.

With taxi, bus or transfer take direccion soth of Island. If you will take bus please change at Trevo da Seta to the Rio Tavares terminus and from there to the Hotel with Campeche bus.
